The large kitchen space has always allowed for us to not be overwhelmed during morning rush of getting ready for work and school. The estate is so quiet with lovely friendly neighbours on all sides and a park that entertains kids from 1 to 12. The peaceful walk over the back that runs down to Old Thorns hotel is my favourite place. It’s peaceful, picturesque and frequented by rabbits, deers and pheasants and true place to unwind at the end of the day and enjoy the wildlife that surrounds you.
